One Time Settlement (O.T.S.) Scheme

Under this scheme, consumers can clear their outstanding electricity dues by paying only the principal amount without having to pay the accumulated late payment charges. This gives defaulting consumers a one-time opportunity to settle their arrears and get their electricity connections back in good standing.

- Applicable to consumers with arrears up to ₹20,000 as of March 31, 2008

- Age: 18–100 years
- Residence: Goa residents only
- Electricity consumer with outstanding dues or arrears
- Consumer arrears must be up to ₹20,000 as of March 31, 2008
- Applicable to defaulting consumers in Goa
- Consumer account must be with Goa electricity distribution authority
