Integrated Sheep Development Scheme

The Integrated Sheep Development Scheme (ISDS) is run by the Jammu and Kashmir Government to help farmers and rural citizens earn income by raising sheep and goats. Launched in 2020-21, this scheme supports the establishment of new sheep and goat farming units. The unique feature is that successful beneficiaries can reinvest their earnings to help other villagers start their own units, creating a continuous cycle of development in the community.
