Financial Assistance to Indigent Tamil Scholars

This scheme, run by the Arts & Culture Department of Puducherry, provides monthly financial assistance to elderly Tamil scholars and artists. It recognizes and supports individuals aged 58 years and above who have made significant contributions to Tamil language, literature, and culture. The scheme aims to help indigent (poor) Tamil scholars continue their cultural work with financial security.
