Braille Watches by Welfare of Differently Abled Persons Department

This scheme is run by the Department for the Welfare of Differently Abled Persons under the Government of Tamil Nadu. It provides braille watches to visually impaired persons who are employed or working. The main purpose is to help blind and low-vision workers tell time independently, making their daily work and life easier.
