Death Assistance Scheme (BBOCWWB)

The Death Assistance Scheme, run by the Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (BBOCWWB), provides financial support to the legal heirs of registered construction workers who die from natural causes or accidents. This scheme ensures that families of deceased workers receive monetary assistance to help them during difficult times. If death occurs during a disaster and disaster relief has already been provided, a fixed amount of ₹1,00,000 will be given by the Board.
