MeitY - Visvesvaraya PhD Scheme For Electronics & IT

The Visvesvaraya PhD Scheme is a fellowship program run by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY). It aims to increase the number of PhD holders in Electronics System Design & Manufacturing (ESDM) and IT/IT Enabled Services (IT/ITES) sectors across India.
