Thatched House Repair Grant for Re-thatching & Repairs (Sainik Welfare)

This scheme, run by the Sainik Welfare department in Puducherry, provides financial assistance to Ex-Servicemen (ESM), their widows, and dependents for repairing and re-thatching their houses. Eligible beneficiaries can receive up to ₹40,000 every three years to maintain their homes in good condition.
