Domestic Funding Of Foreign Training

The Domestic Funding of Foreign Training (DFFT) scheme is run by the Department of Personnel and Training under the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions. It was started in 2001-02 to help Government of India officers improve their knowledge and skills through training programs outside India. This scheme supports the professional development of civil servants by sponsoring their participation in international training opportunities.
