Stamp Duty Reimbursement Scheme

The Stamp Duty Reimbursement Scheme is a Goa government initiative designed to support startups, incubators, and accelerators by reducing the financial burden of stamp duty on land and property transactions. When eligible businesses purchase or lease land or developed properties, the stamp duty is capped at ₹100, and any amount paid above this is reimbursed by the government. This scheme aims to encourage entrepreneurship and business growth by lowering transaction costs for new ventures.
