Shagun Scheme (P.B.O.C.W.W.B)

The Shagun Scheme is a welfare programme run by the Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Welfare Board under Punjab's Department of Labour. It provides financial support to help registered construction workers and their families meet the expenses of their daughters' marriages. The scheme covers financial assistance for up to two daughters of eligible registered workmen.
