Sugar Distribution Scheme

The Sugar Distribution Scheme is run by the Department of Food, Public Distribution and Consumer Affairs, Government of Jharkhand. It provides subsidized sugar to eligible households under the National Food Security Act (NFSA). The scheme ensures that poor and vulnerable families can access essential food items like sugar at affordable prices, making nutrition more accessible to low-income households.
