Honorarium for Pradhan Samajpatis of Indigenous Tribal Community

This scheme provides monthly honorarium (payment) to Pradhan Samajpatis, who are the elected chief headmen of indigenous tribal communities in Tripura. It was launched on 1st July 2021 by the Directorate of Social Welfare and Social Education, Government of Tripura. The scheme recognizes and financially supports these community leaders for their role in tribal village administration and social welfare work.
