Scheme Of Provision Of Subsidized Rams To Sheep Breeders

This scheme is run by the Department of Animal Husbandry, Government of Himachal Pradesh. It provides subsidized rams (male sheep) to registered sheep breeders in the state. The main goal is to improve the quality and quantity of wool production in Himachal Pradesh by helping farmers access better breeding animals at reduced cost.
